Saeko was born in Kyoto, Japan to painter mother and philosopher farther.
It was natural she took interest in drawing and art from her early age.
She moved to London in 1995 to study illustration at Central St Martin's college of Art & design.
She then became a fashion stylist contributing to magazines such as Vogue.
During her styling days, she kept her passion for illustration and kept drawing to convey her styling ideas & concepts to her clients, which lead to her first commission in illustration in 2003.
Since then, she never looked back and have been enjoying illustrating full time for various projects from advertising, editorials, packaging designs to T-shirts prints.
Saeko uses pencil, pen, watercolor, Illustrator & Photoshop and always deliver final artwork in digital formats.
Saeko works to variety fields of comission and meet deadlines regardless of the timezone.
